What We Do
We check your property on a weekly basis. While there, we will notify you of any changes and address them at your discretion, which eliminates any surprise charges. Scheduled maintenance such as HVAC and Plumbing, etc. will have no access fees associated with them (this is a saving from other management companies In the area). Our monthly fee and overhead costs are low.
Our maintenances includes Hvac Heat/air start ups (with this apart of your plan you get emergency response if anything goes wrong)
